As the CEO, Lay
should have known what was going on with company and he should have known
his employees. Lay's claim of stupidity could work for him, but I
don't think it will. I have yet to hear him say he is sorry to all
his employees who lost millions of dollars because of his "not knowing
what was going on". They (him & Linda) are on the brink of bankruptcy
(according to Ken) but still living in a million dollar plus penthouse!!
I can't believe
his excuses!!!!

I don't know
Ken, but graduated with his sister, Sharon, class of 63. Being a HHS &
MU grad I have followed this situation closely. My opinion based
on testimony thus far, he is guilty of cooking the Enron books, smart enough
not to put anything in writing and as a result will slide out of situation
a very rich happy slime ball.
